Madolyn EOpenhearted WisdomLove this podcast! Shell incorporates so many beautiful stories, poems and teachings in such a clear, funny, true to life, insightful and heartfelt way. I have learned so much from her especially how to hold loving kindness for myself. She also gives very well researched series of talks on a variety of specific subjects... (for example a whole series of sequential talks on the noble eightfold path) for anyone new to the tradition. Amazing!

HulahulalulaMy favorite PodcastI met Shell during her MBSR 8 week course. Her presence and teaching came at a perfect time for me as I had major life transitions happening. That was 2 years ago. I moved about an hour south of Shell's meditation group so I am not able to attend as I would like. Having these podcasts has really opened the space for me to continue my practice with someone who I value as being one of the best!! Her stories, her laughter, her guidance makes me feel at home. Her talks are relatable & the meditations are exactly what I need each week!! This is a must to subscribe!!!!
